Feb. 5, 1954 The Inha Education Foundation acquired Government approval.
Feb. 13, 1958 The Vocational Education Course was established at Chungang Vocational Training School merged into Inha Institute
for Technology.
Feb. 16, 1962 The Vocational Education Course was expended and renamed the UNESCO Department.
Mar. 22, 1967 The Chungang Vocational Training School's name was changed to the Vocational Training School of Inha Institute for
Technology.
Sep. 14, 1968 Dr. Choong-hoon Cho, President of Korean Air and Hanjin Business Group, was inaugurated as the Chairman of the
Board of Trustees of Inha Education Foundation.
Dec. 16, 1970 The Vocational Training School of Inha Institute for Technology was renamed Inha Technical School of Inha Institute
for Technology.
Feb. 17, 1971 Inha Institute for Technology was elevated to the status of Inha University, and the Inha Technical School was renamed as the Inha Technical School of Inha University.
May 6, 1974 Inha Technical College newspaper launched.
Sep. 1, 1975 Library opened.
Jan. 1, 1979 The Inha Technical School of Inha University gained its independence and was reorganized as Inha Technical College.
Nov. 12, 1981 The Industrial Technology Research Center was established.
Jan. 28, 1985 Electronic calculating center was established.
Printing & Publishing Center was established.
Mar. 1, 1988 The Broadcasting Station was established.
Nov. 22, 1990 The Student Life Research Center was established.
Sep. 1, 1991 Research Institute of Information Science was established.
Educational Research Center For Airline Service was established.
Apr. 13, 1993 Ship & Ocean Research Center was established.
Oct. 1, 1996 The Language Learning Center was established.
Oct. 31, 1997 Dr. Yang-ho Cho, Vice-President of the Hanjin Business Group(Korean Air), was inaugurated as the Chairman of the
Board of Trustees of the Inha Education Foundation.
Apr. 1, 1998 Architecture Technology Research Center was established.
Jun. 1, 1998 Continuing Education Center opened.
Nov. 1, 1999 The Inha Technical Business Incubator opened.
Mar. 1, 2000 Transportation Machine Research Center was established.
Oct. 10, 2001 Library and electronic calculating center integrated and expanded to an academic information center.
Feb. 24, 2004 Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation was established.
