  1) Administration
  Department Of Academic Affairs
  Academic Affairs Office
    The Academic Affairs Office handles academic affairs planning, faculty personnel, faculty services, curriculum operation, curriculum management, college register management, verification issues, as well as, management and support of hands-on training programs.
  Admission Affairs Office
    The Admission Affairs Office is in charge of establishing/implementing/operating the entrance admission plan, registration of applicants for industry-college cooperation training course, and part-time job registration.
  Night-school Affairs Office
    The Night-school Affairs Office is responsible for night-school course curriculum operation, health center operation, faculty restroom management, and other night academic affairs issues.
  Department of Planning
  Planning Office
    The Planning Office is responsible for planning, budgeting, planning and policy development about college operation, organization restructuring, and institutional reformation.
  Public Relations Office
    The Public Relations Office is in charge of public relations, sister-school affiliation with overseas colleges, academic exchange, as well as support for domestic and international events.
  Department of Student Support
  Student Office
    The team provides consultation regarding job application, career routes and job market information. The team also administers employment rate, student welfare, support for student government activities, collection of student suggestions, and language exchange programs.
  Department of Academic Support
  General Affairs Office
    The General Affairs Office is responsible for staff personnel, welfare facilities operation and management, faculty salaries, and equipment purchases.
  Facilities Management Office
    The Facilities Management Office is in charge of offer/performance/supervision of construction and civil engineering, facilities management outsourcing, maintenance and management of school buildings, landscaping, and other construction and civil engineering work.
  General Affairs Office
    Finance & Accounting Office is in charge of implementing the College's accounting and other financial affairs.
  Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation
  Industry-Academic Cooperation Office
    The Industry-Academic Cooperation Office is in charge of industry-academic cooperation agreement and implement, industry-academic cooperation project accounting, acquisition and management of intellectual property right, and financial support projects.
  Inha Technology Business Incubator
    The Inha Technology Business Incubator offers total support to new and reserve start-up companies and entrepreneurs who have a particular skill and/or promising business potential but lack financing or management experience to develop and run a business. The Incubator cultivates their management capabilities and incubate the ventures, as a result, building up the local industry infrastructure and give vitality the local economy.

  Academic Information Center
  Library & Information Service
    The Library & Information Service Office established the e-library in March, 1988. Affiliating itself with other academic information networks, it provides services on campus and via the web. Since signing a cooperation agreement with KORDIC in June, 1999, The Library & Information Service Office provides information about aircraft-focused papers and subscribes to on-line journals through PROQUEST ASTP, an overseas database about science and technology.
  Computer-based Information Office
    Computer-based Information Office operates a communal PC laboratory equipped with various software and 400 up-to-date computers to support students' computer education. In addition, to enhance the College's information competency, specialization, and globalization, it installed internet-specific cables and established intranet to upgrade users' level of knowledge and information and to foster computer-literate workers for the information-oriented society.
  Inha Technical College Press
    Since Inha Technical College Press was published on May 6th, 1974 it has endeavored to arouse and publish public opinions for a sound academic atmosphere for the students as well as professors.
  Student Life Research Center
    Student Life Research Center provides various services to help students enjoy their campus life and concentrate on their academic achievement. Various psychological tests and counseling services are also provided for the students for all kinds of problems such as career, military service, family, university transfer, friendships, opposite-sex friendships, hobbies, and mental depression.
  Industrial Technology Research Center
    Given the fast-changing domestic and global environmental conditions, for research and development of industrial technology, it is necessary to nurture engineers and to support industrial technology research that professors are implementing. Moreover, since our own R & D of domestic industrial technology are keenly needed, Industrial Technology Research Center performs research about manufacturing technologies of various industries and application of some of the research results, publishing periodicals(papers and reports) and holding academic seminars.
  Printing & Publishing Center
    The Printing & Publishing Center publishes textbooks, reference books, and other books related to the academic research.
  The Broadcasting Station
    The Broadcasting Station established in March 1973 has broadcasted useful educational, social and cultural programs for the students to support the educational mission and philosophy of the College.
 
  3) Affiliated Agencies
  Reserve Forces
    Reserve Forces strives to assist undergraduate veterans in dealing with any inconvenience they might encounter in order to help them to devote themselves to studying, as well as, compile and manage accurate statistical information about Reserve Forces.
    To respond to this global information era, companies demand personnel who have fluent foreign language abilities. The purpose of Language Learning Center is to develop students' language skills through language competence test and specialized lectures. To develop students' skill for communicating with foreigners, the Center provides courses with native speakers for conversation education and practice, as well as to provide opportunities for students to have direct contact with foreigners.
  The Continuing Education Center
    The Continuing Education Center provides the people nearby the school with the chance to study subjects of their choice. It also provides continuing education courses for engineers who desire to update their knowledge and skill on the latest technologies.
 
  4) Affiliated Research Centers
  Research Institute of Information Science
    For the purpose of performing research to develop competence in information technology theory, industry-academic technology and other factors required for the information-oriented society, this institute was established in June 1, 1991. It implements research as follows;
-Information technology research and development
-Industry-academic cooperation, publication of periodicals, and scheduling seminars in the field of information technology.
  Educational Research Center For Airline Service
    Educational Research Center for Airline Service which was established in September, 1991, is in charge of the studies of airline service education curriculum, industry-academic cooperation improvement with airline companies, academic and technological research and development about airline transportation business, R & D required from outside, periodicals publishing, as well as promoting seminars, lecture series, etc.
  Electric Wave Science Research Center
    Electric Wave Science Research Center develops new technologies and applied technologies, and runs an amateur radio station to stimulate student's interest in this field.
  Architecture Technology Research Center
    Architecture Technology Research Center was established to create a synergistic effect produced from the harmonious relationship between college and industry.

  Transportation Machine Research Center
    The Transportation Machine Research Center, makes an effort to develop the technology required in shipping and land vehicle industries, making use of our present facilities based on our faculty's theoretical competence, technological experience and practical expertise in the field of information technology.
